OUR STORY

While working for and with local nonprofits, we noticed many were faced with limited capacity in particular areas. These organizations did not have the budgets to meet these needs. which when left unaddressed could negatively impact the sustainability of the organization. At the same time, we were aware of the many volunteer opportunities and professional networks for local young professionals, however there are few, if any, organizations that allow a volunteer to utilize their specific subject matter expertise. After noticing both of these deficits, we saw a need for an organization that could foster a mutually beneficial relationship between local nonprofits needing specific support and young professionals looking to give back and gain professional experience.

These ideas gave rise to Benevine. We are currently our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
